Thanks to the generosity of everyone who offered support and donations, one of the two torii gates destroyed in the Noto Peninsula Earthquake—the gate at the Otabisho—has now been rebuilt. We truly appreciate your support!
Rising tall and proud, it feels as though it has grown even stronger through the hardships of the disaster.

An unbeleabavle scenary right after the earthquake

Work is also moving forward to restore the main shrine’s torii, made possible by the warm support we continue to receive.
The completion of the Otabisho torii is not only a symbol of recovery for the Sakataru Shrine community, but also a hopeful step toward the future of Noto. We’ll keep walking together with our parishioners and neighbors, protecting this place of prayer and gratitude.
